SIAE / About
"The public has a right to know which AI systems have been independently evaluated for safety, transparency, and accountability — and which have not."
SIAE was established to fill the accountability gap in AI governance. Existing regulatory frameworks move slowly. Self-certification is not independent verification. Public commitments are not audited compliance.
SIAE maintains an independent audit registry of AI organizations operating at human-impact scale. The registry reflects the factual outcome of audits — not the preferences of the audited, not the interests of investors, not the comfort of regulators.
If an organization passes its audit, that is published. If it fails, that is published. If it refuses to cooperate with its audit, that is published. The registry is the record.
SIAE does not accept funding from any entity on the registry, from investors with positions in registry entities, or from governments with material AI industry interests. Funding sources are published annually.
Audit records are never deleted. Corrections are additive: the original finding and the correction are both published. History is not revised.
All material audit findings are published in full. There is no confidential channel for sensitive findings. If a finding is too sensitive to publish, it is too sensitive to determine accountability on.
Audit intensity scales with impact level. A system deployed to 10 enterprise clients receives less scrutiny than one deployed to 300 million consumers. This is not arbitrary — it reflects the accountability responsibility that scale creates.
SIAE does not advise entities on how to pass audits. We publish the criteria. We audit against them. We publish the results. We do not consult.
